Prism at Hands-on Clinical fMRI and Diffusion Tractography

This brain-mapping workshop will meet at Cornell University's Citigroup Biomedical Imaging Center in New York, NY. Running from January 25-27, the course, directed by Andrei Holodny, MD (Memorial Sloan-Kettering), addresses a serious need for practical training in the clinical appplication of fMRI and diffusion MR in brain mapping. Prism will be providing hands-on access to its state-of-the-art tools supporting the complete clinical workflow, from acquisition to therapy. The intended audience is clinicians involved in fMRI, including neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists.

Medical College of Wisconsin clinicians present neurosurgical course at IBMISPS

IBMISPS Scientific Session 14, "DTI for Neurosurgeons: Cases and Concepts Course," will be chaired by Drs. John Ulmer and Wade Mueller of Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. The presentation on May 27th, 2:30 PM, incorporates diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) for pre-treatment planning, and includes case presentations. IBMISPS will be held at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, MD.
